At Packerials, we strive to deliver your orders safely and on time across India.
Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India to major cities, towns, and serviceable pin codes through trusted courier and transport partners.

Delivery to remote, rural, or non-serviceable areas may take additional time depending on logistics availability.

Certain oversized machinery, industrial equipment, or heavy products may be shipped through transport services instead of regular courier partners.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed within 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or outside working hours may be processed on the next business day.

For customized machines, bulk orders, made-to-order products, or special configurations, dispatch timelines may vary and will be communicated separately.

Packerials reserves the right to delay dispatch in cases involving stock verification, payment verification, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately 5โ€“7 business days depending on:

  • Delivery location
  • Courier partner availability
  • Transport route
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Operational disruptions

Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Packerials shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier companies, transport agencies, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary depending on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Delivery location
  • Courier availability
  • Order value
  • Transport mode

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before order confirmation.

Packerials reserves the right to revise shipping charges at any time without prior notice.

5. Tracking & Order Status

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call depending on availability.

Tracking updates may take 24โ€“48 hours to become active after dispatch.

If you do not receive tracking information within a reasonable time, please contact our support team.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery.

If the package appears damaged, tampered with, opened, or incomplete, customers should:

  • Take clear photos/videos before opening the package
  • Inform the delivery personnel immediately
  • Contact Packerials within 24 hours of delivery

Claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

7. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, contact numbers, GST details (if applicable), and delivery information at the time of placing the order.

Packerials shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping or re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Order Cancellation & Modification

Orders may be canceled or modified only before dispatch confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to a courier/transport partner, cancellation, modification, or address change requests may not be accepted.

Customized products, made-to-order machines, and specially arranged stock may not be eligible for cancellation after order confirmation.

9. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Packerials shall not be liable for shipping delays caused due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Floods or extreme weather
  • Transport strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Political disturbances
  • Pandemics
  • Courier operational failures
  • Raw material shortages
